Building Construction HC is a residential builder in the Illawarra, known for quality renovations and custom builds. The work was strong, the reputation was growing, and the Instagram account was doing a good job of showing what the team was up to.
What it couldn't do was let someone sit down and go through completed projects properly, which is what people want before committing to a major renovation.
The enquiries since launch show where that decision happens. One person said a friend had recommended the business, and mentioned they'd admired one of the completed houses every time they walked past it. A recommendation and a finished job seen with their own eyes, and they still went to the website first.
Another came through a local engineering firm, who passed the name on while finalising drawings for a client.
Both had good reason to trust the business already. Both looked anyway.

The design stays out of the way. Real project imagery leads, and the copy answers the questions people have before they get in touch.

Two arrived before any plans existed. One homeowner wanted a builder involved from the start of a full ground floor renovation, with nothing drafted yet. Another wanted guidance on what was feasible before committing to a design.
That's a different position to being handed drawings and asked for a number. A builder brought in early helps shape the job.
The rest came through as detailed briefs. Deck dimensions and heights. Apartment renovations with inspection times offered. Extensions with the rooms already worked out.
