A strong reputation, without a place to send people.
Max and Bronson take on a limited number of projects each year and personally manage each build from tender through to handover. Most of the work comes through architects and existing relationships.
An architect recommending a builder is putting their own reputation behind the introduction, and the client receiving it usually wants to see completed work before making contact. Without a website, Two M had nowhere to send either of them.
At a few projects a year, the right enquiries matter more than the number of them. The website needed to do some of that filtering before anyone picked up the phone.
A portfolio for the people making the recommendation, and the ones receiving it.
We built the site around Two M’s completed projects, each with its own page and the photography given room rather than compressed into a gallery. Projects are split into Completed and Under Construction, so someone can see both what the brothers have delivered and what they’re building now. The design was kept restrained so the work leads, and the NSW builder licence sits on the page where it can be checked.
Alongside it we built two documents. A 16-page capability statement covering the business, the team, the delivery approach and selected projects. And a reusable tender proposal with the cover, job details, scope, company profile, the roles Max and Bronson each take and the contract types.
The standard of the work is visible before the first conversation.
An architect now has a portfolio to send with the recommendation. A homeowner receiving one can review completed and current projects, see who will be running their build, and read what previous clients have said.
Project Bellinger, winner of a 2026 MBA NSW House Alterations & Additions award, has a page of its own with the client’s testimonial beside it. The award is Two M’s. What the site does is give it somewhere permanent to be seen.
Showing work under construction does something a finished gallery can’t. It tells someone the business is building right now, which is the question most people are quietly asking before they commit to a year-long job.
We keep working with Max and Bronson as new projects finish, so the portfolio and the documents stay current with the work.
